Vodafone Services for Microsoft 365 Business
The Vodafone Services for Microsoft 365 Business is a monthly recurring service that provides expert support and advice for your Microsoft 365 business requirements. It does not include a Microsoft license or migration service. These can be bought after the service is activated, as necessary. You must have Microsoft 365 Business licenses and can only buy one seat per license. The team will take care of all new feature rollouts of your Microsoft tools and ensure that the configuration is always the best experience for you. If you have any queries or issues, you can raise a case in the “Get Help” tab on the portal or contact the service deck using various communication channels. The team will resolve the case as soon as possible, allowing you to focus on running your business.
