Knox Manage offers real-time monitoring of corporate devices. IT administrators have the ability to locate the location of all devices (with the prior consent of employees) and send messages without having to use their phone numbers.
If an employee has a problem, they can allow the IT administrator to take control of their device to facilitate troubleshooting. Thus, the administrator can quickly fix the problem and productivity will not suffer. If a device is lost or stolen, IT can take quick action, lock it, restore it, and erase its contents to protect work data.
